Addon Domain Error

Hi,
I tried to add a new addon domain to my hosting account and i kept getting error. The details said its already configured. In the cpanel the addon domains shows as 0/2 and i dont know why then. The domain i tried to add is mgigs.tk and the nameserver i used was ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I'm going to escalate this thread so an admin can see it and deal with it. You should see a yellow bar at the top of the forums with a link to make replies to it.
