I registered a new TLD at Godaddy over a week ago. I set the nameservers as ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com for my domain name 'nathanstann.com' and basically double checked all the setting in my registrar control panel to make sure they are the exact same as for 'stannmiranda.com' which has been resolving without problem to this same account on x10hosting for over a year now. So i know my settings are correct. I am starting to get concerned there is an error somewhere most likely on this end because its been a week now and still nathanstann.com is not resolving. I requested that you change my top level account from 'stannmiranda.com' to 'nathanstann.com' but i have since found out through the forums that you no longer allow changing of account names, so i created an addon domain to host 'nathanstann.com'. If I run a traceroute it says 'unable to resolve target system name nathanstann.com' I'm on the chopin server.

Submit a support ticket. Let them know that the x10 nameservers do not have your account listed.
Alternatively, you could try using cPanel's zone editor to add an A record for the domain and point it at 69.175.104.34
hey thanks for the reply. ya I did open a support ticket. been waiting on an answer almost as long as Ive been waiting for the dns to resolve lol. but I guess the staff are busy. do u think I should try setting that a record u were talking about or would it just muck things up for when they finally get a chance to look at the problem? I'' def try it to see but I wouldnt want to make it harder to rectify the root problem. Im not that knowledgeable when it comes to A records etc.
