Addon domain offline - request help pls!

My addon domain http://best-ptc-paidtoclick-sites.co.cc has been down for the past 2 weeks. I have checked with the domain provider and everything seems fine.

Requesting please help fix the problem.

Have you tried deleting the addon domain and readding it? If you have and that doesn't solve the issue, then this support request needs to be escalated to staff.
