Addon domain

I want to add a domain in addon domains.
My domain is genepit.com
I can't add it, since someone else have it added to his account.
Could it be removed from his account or have it closed so i can add my domain.

I used to have an old account that i received an email saying it was terminated, so i created a new account with same username and password. If my old account is not terminated and causing this problem could you please close my old account and remove the addon domain from it.

I tried logging through genepit.com:2082/ but it would keep saying failed to login, so i logged in to my godaddy.com account and changed the servername for my domain away from x10hosting so who ever is using my domain stop using it till the issue is solved.

Sorry for starting a new thread while i had another one made, but i didnt get further reply on my old thread and thought it's best way to get my thread read by starting a new one.
