Hi, I get an error trying to add a domain. I am on stoli.

There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: ___.com is already configured.

The domain is not configured however, and is not listed on the addon domains list.

After a quick google search I found this:
On a cPanel server if you get the error: Error from park wrapper: domain.com is already configured while adding an add-on domain under cPanel. Make sure to remove the domain.com entries from:

/var/named/domain.com.db
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/var/cpanel/users/username
/etc/userdomains
/etc/localdomains

Can someone do this for me? Thanks.

Hello there,

I saw one of these similar to this earlier today. What is the domain you're trying to park?

Which com domain are you talking about - csu*** or mortified*** ?

csu - is working !
mortified - has expired. So, get it re-registered first.

That domain seems to work normally, even though you got the error.
Wait up to 72 hours for the default page to clear, and if it's still not working, post back and we can investigate further.
It appears as though the domain has been added, it's just not in the system, so you can't see it.

72 hours? It has been almost a month. I don't think it is working normally.

The domain is not configured correctly, I don't have access to the webistes directory...
How can I edit files when it is not in the system, and i cant see it?...

What is the error you get when you try to load it? See if it's the same as mine.

I see the same page. My problem is that I do not have access to change anything on the website, because the domain is not configured correctly.
