Addon Domain

Hello,

I'm trying to addon a register domain, but I keep receiving the error message "Unable to add the domain name − Unable to create addon domain. Please verify that it has been set to the proper DNS name servers." The domain is currently using x10hosting domain servers.

Please help. Thanks!

Hi, double check if name servers are properly set to: ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com
And please consider that you have to be patient for dns change at least 24 hours.

If you are talking about the .com domain that starts the same as your .x10.mx main domain, it seems to be working.

Hello everyone, thank you for your response. I do see that the domain is working, but it's uploading the Default Web Site Page with a link of "http://shantellagroup.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi". Is this suppose to be happening?

You're going to have to clear your browser cache and history for your domain and try again. The site URL is working, but the "Coming Soon" page is really sticky in caches.
