Addon domains and subdomains issue

Dear sirs,

Previously I was on Lotus server and now I'm on fris server. After migration, I'm experimenting an issue with the addon domains and subdomains.

I had configured on 'Lotus' 2 addons domains and 1 subdomain working but now I still seeing this on my 'Hosting Account Management' page but when open cpanel they are not configured.

If I try to add my addon domains again (on cpanel) I receive the follow error message:

Addon Domain Additions
There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details

Error from park wrapper: artesaniashi.com.ar is already configured.

I see your domains fine, do they show up now?

Not yet. I've attached a screenshot were you will see that the hosting account manager shows my addons domains, parked domains and subdomains but on cpanel addons domain shows 0/3 and subdomains show 0/3 too.

If I try to add my addon domains again (on cpanel) I receive the error message that I describe on my previous post.

I tested from 2 different computers (1 WinXP PC and 1 Mac Pro w/MacOSX 10.5.8 ) and erase temp files on both

Any update about my issue?

I'm still having the issue with my addons domains

I've readed on http://status.x10hosting.com/ that you start to migrate a new server (Absolute) and a workaround for SQL issues but any about the issue on Fris.

Also, I'm thinking about migrate to a premium account but I don't want to do that until solve this problem.

Please any admin that can help me?
I don't have any problem if you erase my entire site and need to configure and upload all again.

Same situation with my account too (domain problems).

I don't know what is it, I can not visit my site 15 days !!!

I started another ticket, but w/o answer until today ??
