I have a free account holistone.x10host.com with 2 addon domains: llamadeara.com and twomermaidspress.com. All were accessible via domain names registered through Google Domains that were setup using the previous Cpanel. I just noticed that although the main domain, holistone, is available, the addons are not, and the configuration in the new DirectAdmin panel is different. Can anyone provide a review of how to properly use and access addon domains using DirectAdmin?

As you may know, we did some server migrations in December and January, as announced here: https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/

This also lead to new IP addresses for the servers, for your server that is: 198.91.81.15

The old servers have now been taken offline and decommissioned, so if you didn't update the A record on Google Domains name servers prior, the site would appear to be offline. The solution is to update the A record.

Thanks. That's very helpful. I've made the changed in Google Domains, but it will take some time to propagate. Is there anything else I need to do, such as add something to the Force redirect dropdown box in the modify addon domain page?

Just update A record should be enough. Unless of course you want to redirect to one or the other option (with or without www for instance).

I changed to the Google Domain A record to 198.91.81.15 as requested. Now, for example, llamadeara.com does go to the correct page, but www.llamadeara.com still tries to go to the previous 198.91.81.7 (checked with ping). Google Domains also has a (previous) www record for llamadeara.com, but the DirectAdmin panel has no redirect setting for llamadeara.com. How do I get BOTH llamadeara.com and www.llamadeara.com to resolve to the webpage?

Both options show the same content for me.

Yes! I had to ipconfig /flushdns on Win 10 to get all of the changes. Thanks again for the prompt help. It's now working as before.
