address changed without my permission? WHY SHOULD I GIVE YOU MONEY?!

I signed up for service with the domain ending in .x10.bz
I type in this address and get a 404 telling me the address does not exist!
I sign into cpanel and see the address I have been assigned is .x10h... and cuts off.

What is the deal here? how do I get my .x10.bz address that I signed up for?

You can use Cpanel to add the domain you want as an addon domain.

There's no way anyone made that change purposefully on your account. It's notoriously problematic for administrators to make this sort of change; I doubt anyone would do it for fun. It's possible there was an error when your account was created and you were assigned the wrong domain or something of that nature.
