Yesterday i installed vbulletin on my website pchelp.x10hosting.com . Everything went fine, and the installation process was completed successfully. But when i tried to open the administrator control panel web page, the whole web page did not contain any thing and was totally white. When i contacted the vbulletin technical staff, they told me to upload the admin cp index.php file in binary mode.
How can i do that?
And my other problem is that i submitted an application for the upgradation of my PHP version to 'advanced' last week, but my application is still pending. So can you please tell me the reason why my PHP version is still pending to be updated.
