1. SMTP error in absolut server
2. Please upgrade PHP and MySQL version to latest stable
3. Please increase PHP memory_limit to 128MB or higher
4. X10hosting does not allow user from indonesia to signup, i'm from indonesia and has been listed on X10hosting since 2011. Will my account be deleted or this warning is only for new applicants.

For #4, it's only for new signups; existing accounts that are in good standing will be allowed to remain as long as they stay in good standing unless US trade regulations/embargoes prohibit it.

#3 isn't going to happen; the 64MB memory limit is one of the differences between the free and paid hosting tiers. If you need 128MB, you would have to upgrade to Illuminated.

#2 is a big, hairy deal. Staying on latest stable means a lot of disruptive upgrade cycles that are going to break other people's sites. (PHP is a much bigger issue here than MySQL.) A lot was deprecated in PHP 5.4 and more in PHP 5.5 (including, in that case, ext/mysql, which means that a HUGE number of sites are going to stop working because of the warnings). If you need to run the latest versions of everything, you're going to have to use a VPS where you control upgrades/rollbacks. This is not something that can be done per-account on a shared hosting server.

That leaves the SMTP error, which is an ongoing intermittent problem.

Just fired off my SMTP test script on absolut and received the email about 52 seconds later, so SMTP is working fine on absolut. If you are having a specific issue with your emails, there is a chance our outgoing filter may be marking it as spam and not sending it off.
