Getting extremely frustrated with the lack of attention to support tickets for my paid accounts. My sites have experienced downtime and lag since 4/27. What can I do for x10 to better address my problems? I am losing customers.

Yes, I was submitting them at clients.x10hosting.com. I last got a response on 4/28, though my problems were not solved. It's pretty frustrating, but I'm hoping that they will be solved soon.
This is strange. I have some paid services at x10hosting along with my free hosting account and my experience over the last year has been similar to Livewire. Even tickets which I intentionally label "low priority" have always been responded to very quickly, usually in less than a couple of hours. Perhaps you go to your original support ticket and simply respond to it with comments similar to what you have made here.
Yes, that's what I have been doing carl6969- responding to original support ticket...multiple times. lol I did just now finally get a reply. Hurrah! Apparently the ticket was escalated, though I had no way of knowing this. All I knew was that I was on the verge of chucking my pc through the window out of frustration. I have a very new site, and the thought of losing users because of lag and downtime was killing me.

Your frustration is very understandable and I have no idea why you were experiencing that difficulty with your support tickets, but it appears that you issue is now being addressed by staff and I am very happy to hear that. Hope everything gets worked out soon. I am sure it will be. Good luck.
