Ads not showing up and unable to get into account panel

Hello,

I just noticed that I wasn't seeing the ad string that I placed since I'm on the ad-enhanced server so I checked my template and it was there. So then I went to check the account panel and got this error:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."


Is this a problem relating to cpanel being offline or just a glitch?

cpanel shouldnt go offline, its a separate service to any of the others. Your site looks to be working, so your account should be ok.
