can the advanced ad from x10 be placed anywere on each page. i mean i have a spot for affiliates and it isnt at the top of the page. i know that corporate can has to be at the top of all pages but what about advanced.

The advanced ad can be displayed anywhere as long it is visible and on every page, for example, mine is neither on the top nor bottom of the page: CynicalGames.com.
