Advanced PHP

what are the requirements to be able to apply for advanced php? ( I really need the passthru function)
I have seen threads where other members have advanced php so i'm wondering how to be eligible for it.

I have submitted an application for php v3 but haven't received any reply at all for more than 48 hours...

If you submitted without prior approval, it will probably be denied. It has to be pre-approved by Bryon before you apply for it. Basically, Bryon needs to know what PHP commands are needing to be used, what they will be used for and why.

well to Bryon:

I need to use the passthru function to allow attachments for a phpBB3 board. Is there anyway that I can get php v3? I heard that this enables the passthru function.
