Advertisement code.. is this OK?

I'm using a PHP shopping cart. This program has a Heading PHP so every page the public see has the Advertisement code.

If you go into my control panel and look at the individual files, you will not see the Advertisement code because the PHP was not used to view the file.

Am I OK ?

That's fine; the advertisements only need to appear on all publicly viewable pages - backend systems, such as admin contol panels, are an exception.
