You can use either FTP or cPanel's File Manager to upload your website. FTP is generally the best method for uploading a ton of files, however due to the nature of the free servers, sometimes you will not be able to connect to it due to too many users using FTP. cPanel's File Manager should always be available though, and the file manager supports extracting of ZIP files on the server itself which helps to speed up the uploading of your site.

I already uploaded my site and navigate it various times but to day I can`t find it and internet explorer says Ooops( I can reach my c panel)
