After I set the nameservers on godaddy.com what do i do? Wait?

The guy at Godaddy I talked to on the phone said just set the nameservers and x10hosting would somehow magically know it's my domain which doesn't make sense.

Yes! you should wait 48 hours for DNS propagation.

Also Change your main domain to new one from account panel https://x10hosting.com/control
or
Add it in parked or addon domains in cPanel.

I'm running IPB forums and that's what I want my domain to kinda point to..

So if I just wait the link would end up looking like clan-eor.net/forums/topichere/# or w/e?

Oh and when I park it, it says it's already configured :\

oh and this when trying to use it as an add on domain;
