After unsuspension, neither the website nor the hosting control panel are reachable

My site was suspended due to inactivity. I logged in at https://x10hosting.com/login and unsuspended it and the status shows as active, however neither the website nor the hosting contral panel are reachable. It has been more than 24 hours since unsuspension. Can anyone please help?
