Again - Error: 1030 - Got error 28 from storage engine SQL

11:00pm New York time and once again I can not access my website.

I am again receiving this error,
Error: 1030 - Got error 28 from storage engine SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `kqo4g_extensions`

I love the free hosting and up until this past Friday I have had nothing but praise for x10hosting but now I'm not to sure. I have been using their hosting as a development platform for my current website project but when I can not access the website I'm working on it makes things very tough

Since this past Friday this error has been showing up on and off for no reason.

Please look into this reoccurring problem
