Hope be solved this problem soo, is a little frustrating got this message several times on the same day8)

Working fine, except the site ended up getting suspended - all that your site had was COD4 file mirrors. If you read the TOS again you'll see File Hosting including mirrors and game file hosting, which was all your site was doing.
