Does anyone can help me to reactivate my account after the server transference?. I am receiving this message when trying to access my website: "Error establishing a database connection"... Is that because the maintenence still going on?. Is there anything that I can do from my end?...

Eventhough the transfer complete there is still some maintenance going on. Just wait and regarding the database error

Nothing happened yet?... Do you have any news, any date when the service will be reestablished?. I have no access to my website nor the Cpanel... Same thing happened with a CO.CC account I had,,, Are you kicking me out because my site is over a free account?... 8)

We are not kicking anyone out. Fris is having maintenance done on it right now which should fix some problems users are experiencing. Have you tried resetting/changing your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/ ?

The think is that I dont have access to the Cpanel... I dont mind to reload all my data, but unfortunatelly because of that I am unable to do it...

Unsuspension help needed...

I just received an enail telling me that my account is under suspension.

Thanks a lot for your assistance lately, can you help me to resolve my account suspension please?

This is the reason why I am under suspension:

"Public sendmail script; captcha protected, but allows spoofing of the from email address which will quickly result in x10hosting being banned at several mail servers for falsifying headers..."

I embebed a "JotForm" form from http://www.jotform.com. Since it is an embebed aplication form by using an iframe, tought that there will be no problem; I did it on my Facebook account and nobody complained before, I created a personalized tab/page and embebed the very same code. However, I will be more than glad to delete that form if it is causing trouble for x10hosting relations with other mail servers...

Again, let me thank you very much for your kind assistance and let me apologyze for the incinvenience that I caused.

I tried to escalate the other thread up but I'm not sure it took (you had done a post right after this one); can you check your Account Information Panel and see if it's showing there's an active ticket there or not?

If it doesn't sya anything anywhere about an active ticket lemme know and I'll escalate this one up instead - I can't get it to unsuspend far enough that I can reverify whether it's in an iframe or not (it says unsuspended but still shows the suspension page)

Thanks a lot for changing the status of my account!...

Seems to be suspended on the web still because keep redirecting me to this page: http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page ...

I have no access to the Cpanel also... I will wait until day light and see what happens... It is 3:16AM in México City and I will go to rest now... Any additional help to get me back up and running will be appreciated.

And yes,,, it is an iframe, I embebed the "JotForm" code over a wordpress page... you can check it by following the link below, because as I told you, I did the same thing on Facebook with no problems:

Yup, gunna escalate this up so there's a ticket actually -up- so staff can run a re-review. I was gunna try but can't get in there to check it XD
