Corey, it looks like he's posting the full movies for visitors to watch online. But as the content is hosted externally, I don't think x10Hosting could get into trouble.

I have searched around and so far this is okay I just want to make sure if anything has been updated. and these are full movies.

As I said, I think it's okay but at the end of the day it's the administrator's decision, they've got a better understanding of this type of thing than me I'm sure.

If those are full movies then they are not allowed even though they are not hosted on the x10 servers. I'll give you 24 hrs to remove the videos, you can choose to keep trailers of movies. But full movies is a strict no-no and might result in instant account termination.

how is that considered against the T.O.S if they're only being embedded and mega video has the right to remove the video. When I'm not uploading it or linking to downloading only to watching,

Those are old threads and in those cases the videos referred to were not classified as copyrighted. But in your case the videos you've embedded clearly infringe copyright issues. So, no movies, no music videos or anything that is copyright.

okay I removed everything you can check, btw for next time if my site violates the T.O.S will I be notified before account termination or will my account be deleted without notification and time given.

There will be no notification. Instead your site will be suspended if it is found to contain copyright material. Only in cases of extreme content on your account, it will be terminated. But for now, you should be safe.
