Ages to open the Cpanel

it is taking ages to open the cpanel. and the account getting closed due to inactivity even though there are visitors on the site..
i am using the google analytics for this and still it is getting suspended..
i dont know why is this..:dunno:

Hi, the rules changed? or i mistaken previously...
i thought the limit was two weeks?

anyway i make effort to log in once per week and make some post.
could discover some new information in e forum though.
