All connections to vox time out

It appears that the internet provider Comcast has placed some sort of routing block for their customers to our web hosting server Vox. This results in Comcast users unable to access server and any websites hosted on it.This may be confirmed by a Comcast customer by running a traceroute to an affected domain name.
An example trace indicating this problem is shown below.

This occurs on other ISPs as well, tried two different ISPs
All Tele - no traceroute available, didn't have the time.
Telia Sonera - traceroute available through the command tracert, run on windows 7 enterprise edition.

Sorry for it being in Swedish!
Simply put it, every request timed out, same when trying to ping the server, results are identical for vox.x10hosting.com as well

I am using Comcast USA today and can 'get' to my account on server [ Vox ]

PHP version ==> 5.3.18

PHP server date and time is ==> Wed Apr 17,2013 05:57:02 CDT America/Chicago

PDO is available

I see, now the problem is that it worked two days ago, and the mail server worked yesterday (Have not successfully connected to it yet, will try again soon)

Nothing has been updated which is why I find this so strange. (well except the fact that all connections timed out)

I am now on my linux box which will allow me to run a proper traceroute, It has much the same results.



But if I got it properly:
Vox doesn't like Sweden and my website shows up blank for you too. *logs in to the hosting account again, something must be terribly wrong then, can't seem to figure out what though*

All the permissions seem correct, the files all match the md5 hashes that I collected a few days ago (this meaning that they are indeed identical to what they were a few days ago, hence no file corrpution).

I give up, any ideas?

I am aware double posts are bad, but does ANYONE have ANY insight on what is causing my website to return a white page, no matter who visits it?
The files are all IDENTICAL to what they were a week ago when it worked, same with the permissions, this leads me to the conclusion that x10hosting is the cause.

A blank white page indicates a PHP error. Unfortunately, it appears wordpress is suppressing the error from appearing in the logs, so I recommend you get in touch with them in order to fully diagnose the issue and get it resolved.

A good first step would be to disable any custom themes you are using, as it appears your admin panel is still accessible by directly going to /wp-admin in your URL bar.

I tried that yesterday and got a blank page, might have been fixed as of today as you got in.
Will contact the wordpress team about it ^^"

I am sorry for taking up your time, but I actually don't have a clue what to look for when it comes to webhosting and stuff (Which would explain why I didn't get that it was a php error)

Oh! sweet! I got in, this is what the dashboard tells me:
The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme. (I guess I should reinstall the theme I wish to use, or switch to another one then...)
