All data from my account disappear

Like in title my account http://buntownik.x10.bz is empty. All files, my e-mail, database for forum.
Why that? Is there any chance to get back my site?

Here https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u=artur310 I see that disk space usage is more then zero but when I login to cPanel there is clear.

And why didn't answer my first request?

It's possible that at the time no one was around to answer help requests. You're suffering from an issue Boru (your server) had from the most recent upgrades done on it. This resulted in a few users having their Home directories deleted by cPanel. Your MySQL databases should all be intact since they are stored on another server, so you should be able to get a backup of your databases through phpMyAdmin using the export function. As far as site files go, which includes e-mails and your website data, that would not be recoverable unless you have copies of that data on your computer.

If you would like your account re-created, please back up your MySQL database and then request for an account deletion so that it may be re-created. While you're at it, be sure to see the Announcements forum.
