I already created a ticket! Now what do I do? How long does it take to get my account back to normal. I have not even had a chance to use x10hosting yet. Please do something. I can not just sit here all day at the computer hoping someone responds eventually. Not trying to be mean, but everybody has lives too.

Also not trying to be mean, but it's FREE, and almost all of the support people are volunteers -- fellow users who also have lives. If you want paid support staff jumping on your ticket, then you'll need to be on paid hosting.

Let me find the money tree. I wait I don't have one. So I guess I am SOL. Naw, I guess I will search for another hosting site, while I will wait, and see what comes up first. The help from this one or sign up another before I get a response from this one.
