All Files Gone

I was just informed that my web page is down. I immediately logged in to find out that there is a major migration in progress. I logged into my control panel and all my files are gone except for the logs. Is this part of the migration? Is it normal? Please tell me that all my files are going to magically re-appear in a day or two.

Your files will be back, this has happened before to me, and everything went back to the way it was before the updates to the server. They are not done updating thus is why you see NO files.
