All files removed

Hello,

I haven't been using my account for 2 month or so and it was suspended. I came back and reactivated, but all my files on your storage just disappeared, however all my sub-domains and databases are still there. Is there a way to restore my files or they gone completely?

Can you give us a timeline?
1. When was it suspended?
2. When you "reactivated" it, were the files there?
3. When was the last time you saw the files?

1. Suspended around end of this February.
2. Reactivated today, right before I posted this ticket.
3. On my last visit (February) everything was there.
