All my emails are gone...

I logged into my email account today and my emails vanished. Checked the trash bin, and only the emailed I manually deleted were in there. How do I get all these back? (Bret(at)BretHudson.com, btw)

Disregard this, right after I posted this, my emails returned. Don't know what happened there.

i messed up with ftp and can't create admin email address...where can i ask for help?
