All my files are gone....

I think I'm going to be sick. All of my files are gone. The main folders for the domains are there... but... no files.
Did it get lost? Is any of it recoverable?

I don't know if I have any proper backups of my own. I'll have to do a search. If it's really all gone from the servers, I think I've lost a lot of stuff...
