Hello, I was working on my site moments ago when I clicked i was directed to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi I belive this to be an error. I have cleared my cache. I have used another browser. I have used another compute yet I still get the default page.

Logging into my account I see no suspension information. I see nothing stating server problems. I see nothing that would indicate to me any notice.

If in fact I am suspended or some other action has been taken against me it would be nice to get some sort of notice to this effect. either in my account management panel or via email.

my panel currently says

\"Client Account Information account id MFP08946227
contact email djjeffery73@gmail.com
support requests No Open Requests
email history 6 Notifications Sent
Forum Account active username djjeffery7397 » Visit
Free Hosting active username djjeffer » View Details
\"

seems that my account is active yet my site is not.

Could we please correct this issue

David

Hello,

This is a known issue. It's currently being worked on. If the issue persists in 24 hours, please let us know. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS at regular intervals. Your account is not suspended, it's a server issue.

Thanks.
