All servers but one on their lips?

I am trying to get started here on this site, just got a domain name, set my account up, but can't get into my cPanel. I checked the server status page http://status.x10hosting.com/servers.php?id=1 and each and every one seems to be offline except "artic" (sic). My stuff appears to be on "absolut" and so I get a network timeout error when I try to access :2082 stuff.

I hardly know what I am talking about here, so feel free to set me straight.

It looks like that status page you gave doesn't work; try this one.

Since you can't access cPanel, why do you think your site is on absolut? What's the URL you're using to access cPanel?

Why absolut? When I got to my Account Information page and try to follow the link provided to my cPanel (http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082), I get the following:

Network Timeout
The server at absolut.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond."

Since this has been happening all morning I followed the link I provided earlier to see what was up with the servers, and that is when I found the page showing them all down but artic. I'm not sure why they would provide that page if it has no relation to reality.

I still get network timeout errors and have still never been able to figure out how to get into my cPanel. My URL is http://philipt.info. Can someone steer me straight here? :happysad:

Don't count on any of the status pages displaying correct information. I've been told by the staff that these methods are based on the outdated system and are not reliable.

Try this... Ping your site! if it responds...it's there! Absolut is out of whack at the moment, but is still on line (Not HTTP) so the ping should still work. If that fails, open a trouble ticket. If it works...wait til the server comes back up completely.

My website (above) has been unresponsive for 24 hours now. cPanel has been inaccessible during that time as well.

UPDATE: Nevermind, seems accessible 5 minutes after posting
