All services down for my site

Hi,

For some reason almost all services (mysql, apache, etc..) are down for my site; therefore, I cannot access my site.

Can you guys take a look at this?

Now, for some reason my site isn't loading even though all services are up.

In cPanel I click "Backup home directory" and that's where it started.

Can you see what's up?

Edit: I just tested it from a diff. PC, and it's working fine. it might just be me..
