I cannot see "All Users" from my dashboard. It shows there are 13 items, but the list is blank.

Administrator view shows 11 items but the page is blank.

Subscriber view works correctly.

Keymaster view works correctly.

Moderator view says there are 9 items but the page is blank.

Participant view is correct.

As do not have an administrator account on your website (even the x10 admins do not), we can not view this page. Sorry, but we are unable to help by viewing the pages. If you could post a screenshot, a list of plugins, and version of WP, we might be able to help.

This sounds like it's an issue with WordPress, in which case the best place to direct your support request would be https://wordpress.org/support/

Think of it like asking a car manufacturer about getting your 3rd party satnav to work.
