All website content deleted after move to new server!

I just recently started using your service and noticed today (after being down for about a week) all of my data has been erased on the new fris server. Is this just gone? I was never given a warning of this happening at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's been a while now and I haven't heard anything. Is it possible to get this escalated as all my data is missing and since I only created it a two weeks ago there I have no backups. I'd like to know if its gone for good and I should just start rebuilding or what.

Okay I hate to be a redundant pain in the ass but I really could use a little help here. After perusing around similar posts it sounds like my issue needs to be escalated so a admin can restore the missing files.

I really would like to know if I should start rebuilding my website or wait and see what happens.

Problem: Files not transferred during migration.
