Allow Downloading of Files From Site

Hi, I have an application that I created in VB.Net. It is 100% my own work and I have 100% copywright ownership etc.

I would like to host this on my site so as to allow others to download this app.

I anticipate that there would be no more than say 3 downloads per week and the file size (unzipped) is 6.7mb.

Is this allowed within the TOC of this site??

I thought it would be better to check first rather than just go ahead and set it all up.

We don't like using x10hosting as a file host. However if it is just the one application and it's not going to become a file that starts getting 500 downloads a day. I think we can allow that.
