are small wii homebrew files allowed? i understand only 1 program (ios36 i think) is illegal to distribute so that wouldnt be there but the rest is ok, also are guides to setting up homebrew and guides like that, non of which void the warrenty by opening the console.

i just thought i would ask

just programs people make for use on the wii for example media players new channels emulators and such

If they are legal and you have the legal rights to host them they are fine.
