Um.. I know that I am not running anything this resource intensive (Well I shouldn't be)
Therefore I have a few questions:
a) is this an incorrect setup?
b) does vox have that limited memory?
c) any other explanation?

All three (3) x10hosting's free-hosting servers have a PHP memory limit of 64 MiB for each account

What is the full error message?
When does it happen/what pages?

That is the full message, and it happens when I try to disable plugins ;n;
to clarify, I am trying to disable a few plugins as I do not need them at the moment ^^"
