I want to open a web shop with PayPal-buttons (Add to cart) where I sell music DVDs imported from around the world (legit DVDs, not illegal pirate copies). Am I allowed to do this on your free service?

As far as I know: yes. The TOS don't state anything to the contrary, and I think other people use their account to host a shop too.

Long as it's nothing illegal you're selling obviously :)

Shops are fine, although you may want to jump to paid if the business gets going popular - free can be a bit unstable at times due to people registering then abusing the service until their account gets suspended (which is usually automatic, but it can still run a bit slow at times too). Just an addon thought :)

Hi, and thanks for your replies!
But I didn't understand what you meant with that it can be unstable due to people registering then abusing the service until their account gets suspended? How would I be abusing it?

Not you, other users. There's a lot of accounts on each server, and every once in a while you'll get someone who wants to try and run a cron every minute that spams the living daylights out of everyone it can, or someone who wants to try running rapidleech, etc.

Your product site would be fine, it's the folks that'll run stuff that kills the server that cause the problems. They get caught by the High Resource Usage suspension system anyways though, so it's not a permanent problem - just runs slow for a bit while the script finds them and resolves it :)
