AlphaUserPoints: Internal Server Error?

I installed the componet AlphaUserPoints for my Joomla site. Upon installation I was asked to sync users with my current users database. When I clicked 'sync' the page reloaded with an error message "Internal Server Error". I tried un-installing and re-installing with no effect.

This sounds like a problem with your Joomla Plugin, not x10Hosting as your main site loads fine.
