Are you certain that you are trying to access to correct domain? You can double check by logging into your account control panel here: http://x10hosting.com/control
In the upper right hand corner after logging in there will be a yellow box. In the row that says 'Free Hosting', click '>> View Details". On the page that loads, there will be a field that says 'Main Domain', and will have a domain shown. That is the domain of your website. Try connecting to that domain.
