Although my account is unsuspended and server is up, website not working.

My account is not suspended, it says in the status that is is unsuspended and it says that the lotus server is up and running, but my website is not working, it comes up with 'Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at matza.x10hosting.com.'
How can I fix the problem or is that for a server administrator to fix,

The DNS record for your domain needs to be fixed.
