the site was hosted perfectly but i accidentally deleted the public_html
but upon reconnecting i got theQuirks Mode. Page layout may be impacted. For Standards Mode use “<!DOCTYPE html

That means the top of your file is missing:
HTML: 
<!doctype html>

Your site is also reporting error 500.

what does it mean i have all the doctype in order

i think i found an old thread someone with a similar issue related thread of someone facing what i am facing but he opted to delete the entire service but i can't find how to delete a service ..
