Ok, so this is my site www.number1awa.x10hosting.com and i have http://number1awa.x10hosting.com/soccer.html right now but i want that to go right here "http://number1awa.x10hosting.com/soccer/"

The reason that i want this too happen is so that i can have my addresss like www.number1awa.x10hosting.com/soccer/directions.html (directions is the file inside the soccer one)

Is there any way to edit the "soccer" one?

Create a folder named soccer in public_html. Then rename your soccer.html to index.html and move it into the soccer folder. When someone visits /soccer/ index.html will load.

I already have the index.html in the public_html for my regular homepage. So it is like the index.html of the /soccer/ is its home page?

Yes that would be right. Each directory has its own index.
