A. You shouldn't but it's always good to keep a local backup. Remember that MySQL is stored on a separate server and backed up daily, the MySQL server will be unaffected by this.

here he said data are backed up another server my site data was losted during previous server move i was on lotus
so am i able to get my adat back

They lost your files when they moved you to Fris.

They said they had a backup for your DB.

Did you ever get a backup for your DB? Is that what you want?

Did you rebuild your html/php files? Did they get lost in the last move too?

well the db size of my site was about 19 mb but there is only 6 mb is available which is useless for me and yes i rebuild my site with same platform but with different content
