whenever i try to make one i get this error
#1227 - Access denied; you need the SUPER privilege for this operation
does this mean they are not allowed

Hi, are you using your own database or are you trying to use the 'information_schema' database in your MySQL Query?

im using my own database on level

Go to CPanel, then click MySQL databases, then click on the username of the database that you used with the MySQL Query, then check 'All Privileges' at the top of the table and then click 'Make Changes'. Then, go back to your website and see if you get that error.

Hi, sorry but normal users like you and me don't have the Super User privileges.It's free hosting. For now you could try something like XAMPP.
