Am I banned from cossacksnew ???

Hello, I can access

http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

However I can't access
http://cossacksnew.x10hosting.com:2082/

My account is in cossacksnew. If a do a tracert then it shows me I can not get to cossacksnew's ip.

That make me suspect I was banned to access this server, but I don't know the reason.

Could some admin help me find out what's happening please?

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

Thank you for answering, I've done what you told me, then my login to Cpanel address is:

https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

No joy, I've reported this issue days ago however nobody could help. Because I can reach other servers in x10hosting, I suspect it has relation with my ip being banned from accessing cossacks.

I've asked some friend of mine in other location to check if he could reach https://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

And he can do it.

I don't know of any eason why my IP could be blacklisted in cossacks, one day it was working and suddendly it stopped working, please help.

What exactly happens when you try to get to the cPanel?

Have you flushed DNS and cache?

when i try imagebin.org it gives me server not found.But you url is loading fine. Did you try via some proxy.

Thanks for trying to help me. Well, I know the site is up, however to administer it I need direct access, I don't have any trustworthy proxy I can count on.

Is it possible to reallow me to connect directly? , one day it was working, suddendly it stopped and my ip was unexpectedly denied to connect to cossacks.
