Am I in the right place?

Hello there,
Can I use my free hosting service to build my video, music and text site? Something like a youtube channel? (Just for me, no upload availible for other user exept me).

I would suggest that you carefully study the TOS particularly the sections covering
"File Hosting Every file on your site must have to do with the website you put up, we are not a file storage service and we strictly prohibit scripts such as torrentflux or rapidleech."
and
"Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form."

Based on what you stated it sounds like you want to set up a file storage site which is not allowed - does not matter who has access to it. If you have something else in mind which is not in violation of TOS, (particularly those referenced here), then you should be okay.

I think that I am right, because I'll use my web space to host MY free video tutorials. And they will be published (they are not stocked without viewing)
