Yep, I cant get FTP access, and havent been here for aaaaaages. oops.
my ftp access still isnt working but I'll look more into it tommorow.

You could be using the wrong password.
You could be trying to connect to the wrong url.
FTP could well just be down - although you say you've not been able to access it for ages.
